Do I have to pass separate exams for all ratings?

The PQP Exam is a computerized multiple choice exam provided through Prometric testing centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE. There are three options when you register for the exam. You can take both the Pearl Community Rating System (PCRS) Exam and the Pearl Building Rating System (PBRS) Exam, or you can take just one exam (either the Community Exam or the Building Exam). A $200 fee will be applicable when each time you register for the exam. Both PCRS and PBRS Exam include 40 questions.

Where can I take the exam?

Initially the exam will be offered in Abu Dhabi and Dubai through a testing facility. It is intended that the exams will also be available internationally in due course.

Do I need to take an exam to be certified on the Pearl Villa Rating System (PVRS)?

The title PVRS Professional will be awarded to those that successfully complete the "Applying the PVRS" course.
